DEJI BAKARE VIDEO LAUNCH/FAIR

He recently launched his Zero to Hero project in a video format which was born out of the passion to inspire youths. Aimed at supporting a course by raising Fund for the less privileged women and children of SO SAID CHARITY HOME AGO, LAGOS STATE via his  foundation called; DEJI BAKARE FOUNDATION. An initiative that will partner with existing NGOs to fulfill their vision and this video launch is his first project of partnership with SO SAID CHARITY HOME to raise fund for their building project.

According to Deji Bakare, his foundation,  is a major avenue of support to the society with special emphasis on the homeless, less privileged and abused women and kids in our society a major  focus on the youths, starting from the grassroots. This has always been his desire and drive in life to help the needy right from his school days. There is going to be  a comic and a talk show series under his foundation. The comic for children will be called ‘The Most Incredible’ and the talk show: The Incredibles, a TV program that will bring in people who has made it in life to inspire others with their success stories. He plans to make it more interesting by introducing a life game in each show; winners will be entitled to fantastic gifts and entrepreneurial package.

He noted that it was his  passion for the needy that made him  to celebrate his  birthday in charity homes and SO SAID CHARITY HOME was one of the homes he visited during his  tour. He said he   was filled with so much joy in his  heart and appreciation having seen the results they have achieved. Moved by their zeal to do much more but been restrained by a major challenge of accommodation. Their current space is a rented apartment, which the landlord has asked them to move out; this necessity is his  zeal of choice to help them realize their goal by being their voice and face using his  platform of relevance (MR NIGERIA) as delivered to him by SILVER BIRD GROUP.


GOAL OF THE VIDEO LAUNCH

The launch is basically to raise fund for SO SAID CHARITY HOME permanent site building project. Aside from the building project, they are also need the following items

•     Computer systems, drugs, food, clothes, toiletries.

•     Bed, Sewing Machines, stationeries, chairs, tables and salaries for staffs.

OTHERS

The launch will also premiere the following projects of DEJI BAKARE;

•     Online Comic; Most Incredible

•     The Incredibles TV Show

•     Most Incredibles platform for youth empowerment

•     Exhibition of art, culture and creativity.


The event is scheduled to take place at The Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos

TIME: 12noon- 4pm with green carpet paparazzi and exhibition fair
